Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina by Select Group is an ultra-luxury branded residential tower designed around integrated wellness and high-rise living in one of Dubai’s most established waterfront districts. Developed in partnership with Six Senses, the project is planned as a landmark residential address with dedicated wellness, lifestyle and hospitality-led services.

Payment Plan

The development offers a 40/60 payment plan. Buyers pay AED 100,000 on reservation, complete 20% registration shortly afterwards, pay a further 20% during the construction period and the remaining 60% on completion. Handover is currently scheduled for 2029.
