Sobha City Abu Dhabi is Sobha Realty’s first large-scale master-planned community in the UAE capital, positioned in Al Bahiya close to Yas Island and Zayed International Airport. Sobha City Abu Dhabi offers a 60/40 payment structure with 20% on booking, 40% during construction and the remaining 40% on completion. Handover for the first phase is planned for December 2029.
