Prices currently start from approximately AED 21.7 million, with selected residences ranging from approximately 2,800 sq. ft. to more than 28,000 sq. ft.

Payment Plan

The current payment structure is 5% on booking, 45% during construction and 50% on handover. Completion is planned for 2029. Final pricing, availability and the payment schedule should be confirmed for the selected residence at the time of booking.
